Created as a project I did for 2 courses over at Vertex School: "Character Facial Sculpting" and "Hair for Games"
Face Details were sculpted using a combination of TexturingXYZ, CGSphere Skin Alphas, and the Zbrush Guides Skin brushes.
Brows and Lashes were modeled using xGen
Hair textures were created using Olivier Lau's Hair and Fur substance. The cards were were placed manually using Maya
